By comparing space layout,building systems,construction materials and structural,architectural decoration and color of different points for the French Versailles palace and the Beijing national palace museum in China,from macroscopical to microcosmic comparison of the two countries palace architecture,cultural of the similarities and differences between China and France is analyzed.Trying to find out the difference between eastern and western culture as the history of eastern and western architectural palaces outstanding representative of China's Beijing palace museum and the French Versailles palace,has long been regarded as the world two great cultural windows.Different cultures on the "beauty" of the pursuit are not the same.Therefore,we compared from an aesthetic point of view these two in the history of human civilization occupy a considerable proportion of the palace construction.To arouse people on architectural aesthetics thinking and a new understanding are done.
